Regulations
§1. General provivions
- These regulations define the rules for using the houses, facilities, and infrastructure that are part of the Ekoosada complex (hereinafter referred to as “Ekoosada”).
- The owner of Ekoosada is Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe Katarzyna Grzeszczak, located in Sienno, 62402 Ostrowite (hereinafter referred to as „the Owner”).
- Making a reservation and starting a stay at Ekoosada is equivalent to having read and accepted these regulations.
§2. Reservation and payment
- A reservation can be made:
a) directly through the Ekoosada website,
b) via booking platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb,
c) by phone or email by contacting the reception of the Zacisze Resort. - The reservation becomes valid upon payment of deposit amounting to 30% of the total stay value, unless otherwise specified in the booking conditions.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than on the day of arrival.
- In case of reservation cancellation, the refund policy for the deposit is determined individually for each offer or in accordance with the term of the booking platform.
§3. Check-in and check-out
- The stay period lasts from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
- Guests are required to present an identity document upon check-in.
- Before leaving the property, the guest is obligated to leave the house in an undamaged condition and return the provided keys or access cards.
§4. Rules of stay
- Quiet hours at Ekoosada are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Guests are required to use the house and facilities in accordance with their intended purpose, safety rules, and good manners.
- Ekoosada is a closed complex. The presence is unregistered persons on the premises must be reported in advance to the reception and approved by the Owner.
- It is prohibited to:
a) smoke or use electronic cigarettes inside the houses,
b) bring animals onto the premises,
c) organize parties that disturb the peace of other guests,
d) use open fire in areas not designated for that purpose. - The guests is financially responsible for any damage caused by them or by persons for whom they are responsible.
- The Owner reserves the right to refuse further services to any person who violates these regulations or disrupts order on the premises.
§5. Recreation area
- Guests of Ekoosada are entitled to use the outdoor swimming pool and the recreation building with a sauna during hours specified by the Owner.
- The swimming pool is unsupervised – its use is at the gusets’ own risk.
- The following is prohibited in the recreation area:
a) running or entering the water after consuming alcohol,
b) bringing glass or sharp objects,
c) leaving children unattended. - Children may be use swimming pool only under adult supervision.
- The Owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules.
§6. Owner’s liability
- The Owner is not responsible for:
a) loss or damage to Guests’ belongings,
b) damages resulting from force majeure,
c) interruptions in utility services beyond the Owner’s control. - Parking on the premises of Ekoosada is free of charge, unsupervised, and intended for guests only.
§7. Personal data
- The administrator of personal data is PHU Katarzyna Grzeszczak.
- Personal data are processed for the purpose of providing accommodation services in accordance with laws and Ekoosada’s privacy policy.
- Guests have the right to access their data, correct it, restrict its processing, and request its deletion on the extent permitted by law.
- The outdoor area of Ekoosada is under video surveillance to ensure the safety of persons on the premises and to protect property.
- Surveillance recordings are stored for period necessary to archive the specified purposes and are disclosed only to authorized in accordance with legal regulations.
§8. Final provisions
- Any comments or complaints regarding the stay should be reported imminently to the reception or submitted electronically.
- Matters not regulated by these regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
- These regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the Ekoosada website.
