- Construction and furnishing of a new branch consisting of seven eco-friendly buildings, including one building designated as an “ECO LABORATORY/common room”, where workshops on nutrition -food products, ecological products, especially regional ones, and the possibilities of using them in the kitchen, and 6 buildings for providing hotel services, including infrastructure: outdoor sauna, swimming pool, fencing. The new branch will be adapted for people with disabilities.
- Introduction of organisational changes in the company: creation of two new positions and recruitment of employees, while maintaining the remaining three jobs in the company.
- Purchase of consulting services for the implementation of modern digital technologies for remote monitoring of the EKO OSADA branch, including heating, lighting, water and security.
- Introduction of changes aimed at climate neutrality and a secure energy transition through the purchase and installation of renewable energy sources – photovoltaic panels. Reduction of negative environmental impact, including improvement of air quality.
- Improvement of adult skills through training for two employees and management staff in the following areas:
- operation of modern electronic software used to control EKO OSADA;
- OZE;
- ecological nutrition and food, food preparation, regional dishes.
