Project activities

  1. Construction and furnishing of a new branch consisting of seven eco-friendly buildings, including one building designated as an “ECO LABORATORY/common room”, where workshops on nutrition -food products, ecological products, especially regional ones, and the possibilities of using them in the kitchen, and 6 buildings for providing hotel services, including infrastructure: outdoor sauna, swimming pool, fencing. The new branch will be adapted for people with disabilities.
  2. Introduction of organisational changes in the company: creation of two new positions and recruitment of employees, while maintaining the remaining three jobs in the company.
  3. Purchase of consulting services for the implementation of modern digital technologies for remote monitoring of the EKO OSADA branch, including heating, lighting, water and security.
  4. Introduction of changes aimed at climate neutrality and a secure energy transition through the purchase and installation of renewable energy sources – photovoltaic panels. Reduction of negative environmental impact, including improvement of air quality.
  5. Improvement of adult skills through training for two employees and management staff in the following areas:
    • operation of modern electronic software used to control EKO OSADA;
    • OZE;
    • ecological nutrition and food, food preparation, regional dishes.
